Tyler Della Valle began his real estate career when he joined his father, Ed, in a family owned Beazley agency in 1989 and was consistently among the top 2% producers nationwide. Over the years he transitioned to working manager and led a team of fifty agents while continuing his sales success. As equal equity partners, Tyler and Ed sold the Beazley operation to Coldwell Banker in 2005. Tyler continued with Coldwell Banker as their only "selling" manager and maintained his sales excellence by attaining Coldwell's President's Council. He decided to better utilize his knowledge and abilities in the Greater New Haven area and elected to pursue opportunities in the commercial real estate market by joining Dow Realty in 2009. Tyler actively volunteers with a number of civic associations as well as Hamden Hall Country Day School. He is a member of the Connecticut Association of Realtors and is a director of the Greater New Haven Board of Realtors and is past President. He earned a BS in natural science from Muhlenberg College and also had two years of post-graduate study at New York University. He is a North Haven native where he and his wife Leslie and their two children reside.
