Marcell Plaza was born and raised in Trujillo, Venezuela where he earned his doctorate in legal and political sciences. He, his wife, and two beautiful daughters moved to Hamden, Connecticut 7 years ago. Now, he's decided to get his real estate license and join the Dow Della Valle team! Marcell is fluent in Spanish.
